I’m beach loving girl from the tiny & beautiful state of Rhode Island who started exploring and traveling and never wants to stop! Currently planted in California I soak up the sunshine and warmth!

I started the Person Partner Parent podcast out of years of experience and an insatiable thirst to learn and experience all that life has to offer in its fullness.

It is a belief that we don’t have to be limited.

Pursuing a life where you can be a great parent, enjoy a loving relationship, and chase your own dreams. It’s not necessarily about equal balance - but shifting with change and challenges before us. Discerning what matters and what we need to focus on to have a life as a person, partner and parent.

I’m passionate about sharing that with others. Providing real solutions to pursue your life as all of these things.
